⚠️ Important legal notice (Intended use)

Sale exclusively as an ornamental plant:
Our hemp cuttings and young plants are explicitly sold as purely ornamental plants for residential use. At the time of handover or shipping, all plants are exclusively in the vegetative phase (growth phase) and show no signs of flowering or fruiting. Therefore, according to current Austrian law, they are not narcotics.

Prohibition of misuse:
The production of narcotics is prohibited and punishable by law in Austria. The use of the plants supplied by us for the extraction of narcotics (such as the deliberate induction of flowering for THC extraction) is strictly prohibited.

Buyer's own responsibility:
By purchasing, the customer confirms to be over 18 years of age and to use the plants exclusively for the permitted, decorative purpose. Once the goods have been handed over or transmitted to the buyer, the responsibility for compliance with all legal provisions (including the prevention of unintentional flowering) lies entirely with the buyer. We assume no liability for any misuse or illegal use of the plants.
